2021 Giulia SGW “Removed” Question

Good evening,

Ran multi ecu scan on a certified pre owned 2021 Alfa Giulia I purchased from the dealership a month ago. Worked well, read the proper VIN. I know the SGW is present as I can see it is plugged in, and when connected to any of the modules, I can’t execute some of the adaptations (example, running aux fan, turning on a dash light etc)


However, when I connect to run proxi..it says SGW “Removed”.

Any help with this? What does this mean?

When you first connect MES does a list of modules/nodes it finds. Is the SGW listed there?
