Hi, I have a 2017 Giulia Veloce, which was a stolen/recovered. The front collision detection radar unit is no longer on the car. I don’t want to replace it. Can the multiscanecu code out the error light and stop the mileage from flashing. I don’t want to purchase it and find out it doesn’t.

Don't think so, the front radar is part of the safety features of the car. If you wan't to remove it I think you will need to go to a software writer / tuner.
But best option is to replace it. Not sure but I think you need to buy it new and code it to the vehicle because it is linked to vin number.
