Convergence Telematic Module (Blue&Me) Removal

Hi. I'm used to AlphaObd but first time on Multiecuscan. I have an android headunit so blue and me on the fiat 500 is useless, and they sometimes talk at the same time so trying to disable it.
I can find byte 38, but in my case its original value is 03 instead of 42. Also if i try to change it to 02 and press "execute" the next time i open it'll be back at 03. It's as if it didn't do anything.
Did i do something wrong?

Convergence telematic module is configured on byte 30 and also 38... Value for CTM is 02...
So if you unplugged it from car your value on byte 30 ond 30 decrease of 02 point... If you have also TPMS right?
So with CTM and TPMS is value 03 on bytes 30 and 38 and without CTM is 01... Value 42 is Wrong...

ah yes that makes sense. I didn't unplug it since i don't want to dig through the body so i was hoping to simply disable.
I do have TPMS (its accuracy not being the topic at hand). So then both byte 30 AND byte 38 should be the same, now modified to 01 to disable it?
Do i have to "execute" after changing those values?
Changing the values seems easy, but getting them to stick, less so. Also the odometer is flashing now.

I recently bought a 2013 Fiat Panda 312 4x4 1.3 Multijet, I had the odometer flashing due to the damaged Blu & Me control unit, with the Proxi alignment the alignment failed. On scan I had error B10AA-4A and U1733-87.
I replaced the control unit with the same one, but when I went to do the Proxi alignment I had Convergence Node: Removed. By doing the Proxi alignment the convergence node is removed, the odometer no longer flashes but I have lost all the functions of the Blu & Me.
Please, can someone tell me the Bytes to correct in Custom Proxi, my current Proxi is the following:

either you have blown fuse or your new B&M module is faulty too. after you connected it, in proxi list it's status should be as "added".
couple posts above there are instructions what to change but doubt it gonna help in your case.

i incorrectly stated in a previous post that i was not seeing this error. as i have been following along with the replies, and the commands in question have come out, i see that running mythfilldatbase does not show the error message. if i run:
