How to move license from dead laptop?

I would directly contact one of the forum admins but as I have just joined I cannot.

I have been succesfully using MES on my laptop for nearly a year. Today however, the laptop has completely died and left me with a problem. I have an older spare laptop I can use but how can I transfer the license when I can't access MES on the old one?

Can anybody shed some light on this?
