Dear All,
I am using Multiecuscan on my iphone using a modified ELM 323 adapter. The softwore work fine however if I want to reset the service interval of my fiat 500e (2022/new model) I get the message ‘niet uitgevoerd ==> not executed’. Which means it is not performed. I wonder if this bug is known and can be fixed?
Kind Regards,
Christian
Cannot Reset service interval on fiat 500e Multiecuscan (Ios)
Re: Cannot Reset service interval on fiat 500e Multiecuscan (Ios)
not sure but maybe you need SGW bypass
Re: Cannot Reset service interval on fiat 500e Multiecuscan (Ios)
Good point, I will check it, but the software doesn’t make a recommandation to use a SGW.
Re: Cannot Reset service interval on fiat 500e Multiecuscan (Ios)
I tried for different SGW bypasses, but they let me not connect to the ecu. Only without sgw bypass I can enter the ecu.
i noticed that when I connect I getan message ‘invalid iso code’ with another text ‘ISO indentified as instrument panel marelli TFT 332).
when I click on continue I basicly can enter the menu and go to adjustments where I can select ,next service km reset,. when selecting this I get the message failed to execute.

Hi! Would love to know if this is already solved/possible. Quite some experience with multiecuscan & US 500e, but not yet with the European one...
Thanks,
Martin

My understanding is than in the latest FCA cars, eg 500e and AR Tonale, their SGW is built into the Body Control Module and is no longer an independent unit capable of being by-passed.
Certainly, MES 5.1 does not report my La Prima as having an SGW. Nevertheless, MES cannot reset DTC errors.
So owners are now obliged to go to dealers with WiTech2.

Encountering an issue with Multiecuscan on iPhone while resetting the service interval for a Fiat 500e (2022). The "not executed" message prompts inquiry about a potential bug and hopes for a solution.Christian wrote: ↑13 Oct 2023, 08:52 Dear All,

Re: Cannot Reset service interval on fiat 500e Multiecuscan (Ios)
As my previous post, the security gateway in the 500e prevents MES clearing DTCs or making changes in the 500e. this isn't an MES bug and I see no hope for things improving.
