Mito MultiAir adaptation FAILED

Hello, car Alfa Romeo Mito 2009r 1,4 tb 170HP
Multiecuscan 4,5

Activator MultiAir was repered (loose sleeve , car work for 3 cylinders and knock, no errors in ecu)

after repair I made adaptaion UniAir actuator dispersion correction and oil change, adaptation start rpm incrase to 1000rpm and after 20sek i gets info " DONE not OK"
check engine is flashing, engine works ok have power, dna work, multiair work only in full-lift, no errors

If I dont do this adaptation everything will be ok......

Please for help, sholud I buy new activator MA or how pass adaptation??

Old topic but I don't suppose you got too the bottom of this fault? I have the exact same symptom and looking for an answer as someone must of got over this issue before?
