Proxi failed all nodes:timeout?

Newest version of MES just downloaded and registered. Idiagnostics elm usb cable, correct adapters, correct drivers, USB settings changed. Attempting to enable race mode in my 2020 Giulia. Fails all nodes with a timeout error. What am I doing wrong?
