tag and parameter template problems

I have problems with tags and parameter templates using registered version 2.2.1.
I select the parameters but cannot get any data into the parameter table using control and a number.
I can put descriptions into the tag table but cannot save them. Once opened I cannot close the tag table - it does not toggle off.
Neither table is populated with the numbers 0 to 9 as shown in the instruction screens.
I can find a file in the ecuscan folder called FES_Tags.ini which contains a list 0=, 1=, 2= etc but it cannot be edited.
I am running the program in Windows Vista.

Any suggestions?

As far as I know I am running Vista as an administrator. It is only set up with one user so I assume I have administrator powers. I will check.

I am sole user and thus administrator.

I couldn't reproduce this error, but I got feedback from another user who has the same problem.
I will try to resolve it in the next release.
