Transfer to new Laptop

Hello,
Looking for a bit of help. My laptop developed a problem and as a result had to have a factory reset and i have lost my copy of Multi ecu scan and all emails / notes relating to it, including product and hardware keys.
Is there any way I can reinstall without having to re-purchase as i had only installed a couple of months ago.

Sorry if this is a bit of a dummy question.

Yes.

Write to MES Support with as much info as you have e.g.

Purchase date etc
Previous key info etc.
New hardware key
