AutoDia E327 compatible interface with Multiecuscan?

Hello,

Does anyone know if an usb AutoDia E327 interface is compatible with multiecuscan?
I spent this morning 4 hours trying to conect it, but I only get the "timeout" error...
Downloaded multiple interfaces from the internet but nothing seems to work. I am quite new to this.

Even the ScanMaster ELM software that came with cable is giving me an "interface not found" error.

I own an abarth and I have a the registered multiecuscan program.
