I have been using Multiecuscan for quite a while on a range of Abarth's, Fiat's and Alfa's and it has always been working flawless.
The interface is ELM 327 v1.3+ and a set of color coded adaptor cables who was bought together with the software.
Recently i bought a Lancia Delta III, 120 Hk 1,4 Tjet from 2010.
I hooked up Multiecuscan and interface resulting in several errors showing up in the dashboard.
Car could not start because an error on immobilizer. Detaching everything and car could start again still leaving a lot of errors.
I was kind of surprised of this behavior so I tried to use Deplphi Scan tool instead. It worked showing me lost communication to
immobilizer, ECU, ABS/ESB and power steering. Erasing all errors and recalibrate steering angle sensor and everything was back
to normal.
My question is - What is different between Lancia and the other brands ?
