TPMS mode Proxi Alignment Jeep Renegade

Dear all,
I am doing my first steps with multiecuscan on a Jeep Renegade 2.0.
Cause I had a problem with my TPMS sensors, I deactivated them with Alfaobd ( Body Control ECU -> car configuration change -> TPMS not present)

Now using multiecuscan I cannot activate them again. By default configuration is Premium Logic 6. what does that mean?
With this settings I can make a Proxi alignment with no problems, but the TPMS is not present.
When I change to Premium Logic 3 my TPMS is working, but I got a EOL failed with the ECM and errors from the gearbox. I don’t understand.
Could anyone help Newhart that issue?
I could send screens or Configs if needed.
