Uconnect 7 Vin number

Hello,

My cousin has bought an Fiat Abarth 595 from 2018, the seller said they have replaced the original 5" Uconnect radio with a 7" Uconnect radio. The installation is done pretty good, they even changed the proxy's.

The following problem has occurd:
She wants to use the uconnect live function on the radio but the radio says that another user is already connected. We know that you have to call Fiat in Itally and that you have to send the ownership details and the rest of your personal data. And then they "unlock" your radio so you can add your own phone.

We can not do this becouse Fiat says the Car vin number and the Radio vin number do not match.

Is it possible to write the vin number from the car in to the new radio?

The function is in mes alrady integradet but ist doesnt make an vin Change. This funktion can make a Fiat Workshop with online Support from Fiat HQ. Sometimes they givent Access top Set a nother vin...
