magneti marreli ecu 8F2.G4

hi

i have a fiat punto evo from 2011 1.3multijet euro 5 with a magneti marelli ecu 8F2.G4. when i search in MES i can only find 8F3 why is the ecu nott support it and can anyone help me with this :cry:
