Cable and bluetooth adapter for Alfa Romeo year 2004

Hi all,

I'm looking for a good cable and bluetooth adapter EML327.
I've seen many online. Could you advise on a good source?
I also have a BMW FDTI K-LINE USB cable. Would that work on an Alfa Romeo?
