Windows 10 with CANtieCAR / Multiplexed

Help needed ....... Is anyone successfully using Windows 10 with multiplexed MES ?
I have used CANtieCAR multiplexed with Windows 7 pro in my repair workshop for a few years and have generally been pretty happy with it.
My Windows 7 tablet recently died and have now bought a Windows 10 tablet and purchased a new MES licence.
Although MES homepage says "works with Windows 10" , the MES User guide has no Windows 10 instructions.

How do I install drivers and where do I get them from ? ( plugging CANtieCAR into USB port does nothing )
How do I deal with com port selection and adjustments ? ( "settings" is missing from it's place at bottom left corner under "register" on the MES start screen ).

Any advice much appreciated .

I have win10 and multiplexed mes and also cantiecar, works fine for me.

I just downloaded the software from the Mes site and followed the installation instruction

Thanks for confirming win10 compatability ..... I've now got another win7 tablet and still having problems with com ports even after following installation guide. Dont recall having trouble a few years ago when I originally installed it on my old machine......... probably my incompetence ..... I need to find someone more experienced with com ports / speeds etc to do it for me .

It is important that you first plug the CANTIECAR in your PC/Laptop/Tablet Before plugging into your car. If you plug CANTIECAR first in your car it will activate it's bluetooth mode.
When Bluetooth mode is active it is impossible to connect to usb!
