Alfa Roimeo Stelvio 2.2 210 Paddle Shifter Enabling

Hi,
does anyone knows if i can enable paddle shifters and make Proxy Alignment with only a Bluetooth ELM327? (so without using blue cable for Proxy Alignment, doing it only by ELM)
I have a Vgate iCar Pro Bluetooth Module.

you need grey and blue adapters. and preferably USB connection.
