Windows XP driver issue

Post by ShawHale »

Hi
I've installed the software on my XP laptop but I'm getting this message.

Error Code 39:
A required device driver is missing. A required binary file is corrupted. A driver that is referencing an entry point in another binary file is unable to load.

I then tried putting it on my Windows 10 laptop but obviously as it's now registered on the old XP laptop.

Cheers for any help https://vidmate.onl/

If you can't get / repair the Windows XP driver then you should transfer your license to the W10 laptop. To do this see the MES User Manual.
