Disable Parking Sensors?

I have just had to replace the instrument cluster on my 2013 Fiat 500.

Instrument cluster appear identical looking at the numbers on the back, apart from my replacement is a year off. Anyway, its connected up and when ignition is on, I get "Parking help unavailable", so clearly this instrument cluster came from a car with parking sensors.

I have plugged in multiecuscan and gone looking for the parking sensors in the body section. Its not listed there, so how can I find it and disable this feature?
