I found a mechanic that probably has that fca software with dealer connect or tech connect, hopefully it works. But what I was saying earlier is that I have a aftermarket radio and I don't know if that's the reason this is happening because MES is giving me an error message while doing the proxy alignment.......

then you see that it returns an error !!! I don't think the radio is the problem, but if you have the old radio you could try to mount it and see if the proxy alignment is successful.

I don't think it's the radio either but hopefully your method of trying a different software works like it did for you.
