Fiat 500 Abarth - Disable Hill start & Enable boot handle?

Hi all, first post here, long term lingererer...!

I've currently got a 2011 Fiat 500 Abarth Esseese, and am trying to do a few tweaks, most I've managed already including fitting and coding a digital dash, clearing some errors and other bits.
I have a Registered version of Multi ECU Scan, plus a cable set with coloured adapters.

Here's what I'm looking to do:
- Disable Hill-start
> I've had a look on the ABS options, cant see a way to do that...

- ENABLE the boot/trunk/tailgate (call it what you will) handle.
> In the UK the handle on the rear is disabled (i.e it doesn't operate the latch) so the only way to open it is to use the button on the keys, which isn't always convenient...
I've manually "enabled" the switch and mechanism, and the switch works (makes a circuit), however it still wont power the latch motor, can this be enabled? I looked in the BODY options but couldnt see anything.
