500X - activation of double USB

If I would like to activate the new double USB with additional one within the armrest - which option I should use?



I have following USB port:


and the USB port in armrest:

[marqo]

I used Type 4, USB port at Armrest is working, the right charging port is working but the left USB is not working. I have error B1577-13 when I connect to uconnect 5"
I suppose is due to uconnect 5" doesn't support the newer USB 3.0
I will switch back to old USB port until uconnect 7" will be added to my car.
