Support for Marea 1.6 Bipower

Hi!

First of all, your software is really great!! Especially the actuator testing is a nice thing!
My car is supported partially if I use the settings for Magneti Marelli IAW 4EF, but better if the software
would support the ECU used in the bipower version, I belive it was the IAW 4GF.

It would be great for me too, because my Fiat Multipla Bipower (Year 2000) should also have a Marelli IAW 4GF ECU.
