Old laptop died
Hi, My old laptop died a death so I couldn't deactivate my software. I have a photo of the hardware and activation code from the old laptop. Is there anyway of resetting my code so I can reinstall it on my new laptop?

Contact MES Support with what information you have as instructed in the MES User Guide.
