Connect - Fiat Ducato 250, 2,3 MultiJet - 2018

I just bought a connection cable and downloaded the free software (for a start).

The cars is Fiat Ducato 250 2,3 MultiJet from 2018.

When I do a scan it find several modules. when I connect I get a "No response from module. Check if interface os properly connected to the vehicle and the vehicle key in on".

If I go to settings and do a test - it all seems fine (ok's in the communication). Ignition is on.

How to proceeed?

One additional information. If I connect to "Fiat Ducato 250 2,3 MultiJet" I get the above error. If I connect to "Fiat Ducato 250 2,3 MultiJet Facelift" I get "Invalid ISO Code - ISO identified as Marelli 9DF/EOBD Diesel Injection (2,3)". How do I know if I have the Facelift version?
