Elm327 problem with 500x

hello everyone I have to do proxy alignment on the can line to a fiat 500x but the MES 4.6r1 shows this error: interface too slow.try to configure elm327 (high speed). I tried to change the speed and check the high latency mode box on interface impistazioni but it still doesn't work. engine diagnosis and all other modules are working properly
