Fiat 500 body ecu

Does anyone know if there is a difference in the body ecu from different Fiat 500 models? Or is it the same in all cars just the coding is different? I have tried just about everything to get the cruise control to work but nothing seems to do the trick..

Whats you car year of production, engine etc... Where did you connect cruise control lever... Everything is right?
