Problem IAW 49F /B9 HW002

Program Multiecuscan 2.1 + VAG KKL (USB FT232) have no connection with IAW 49F /B9 HW002 on my 1999 Brava 1.6 16v, but with 2001 Lancia Y work perfectly.
Help.
