I've a Fiat Tipo 1.6 MJ 2016. I bought Stardiag OBD-USB adapter (like that which is on your website) and your software.
I've changed uconnect 3" with a uconnect 5" with Nav. I've added GPS antenna and now the Navigator works fine. I'v tried to do proxi alignment because Km blinks.
My original Proxi configuration is:

I've changed byte 123 from 01 to 11 and I've added 00 bytes until proxi lenght is 235.
After to do this, Km blinks is fixed but the USB of the uconnet doesn't work. Usb drive come very hot. I've wrong somethings?
More, I would know if multiecuscan can:
1) change display mode (now my display show only Km, time and themperature) to show radio information or Navigator indication
2) change the function of "City" button in "Sport" like in https://forum.ecutuningperformance.com/topic/48800-modificare-configurazione-proxy/
3) when I try to connect Multiecuscan to Radio (Uconnect 5") or Clima using Yellow or Grey adapter I've an error

To enable USB and AUX in Uconnect you must change this byte in proxi :
byte 115 - change to 10
byte 148 - change to 05
Ad2. Change city to sport you can in AlfaOBD --> body --> active diagnostic -> change configuration car > Advanced Driver Configuration Type Button change to Sport.
Ad3. TO clima you need blue adapter. MultiEcuScan 4.4 have bugs, look here : http://forum.multiecuscan.net/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=6767

setting byte 148 to 05 AUX work fine
using blue adapter I can connect to Clima
there's a way to connect to uconnect5?
