I state that I use Windows 10 64bit, Multiecuscan 4.4 registered, ELM327 already modified.
When I try to connect to the car, the 2016 Fiat Tipo, the following screen appears

The connector seems to be installed and working, in fact if I try to connect with other demonstration software the connection is successful and the car is readable.
What could be the problem?
