Please guide me for the following:
I have following TWO cars of Fiat.
1. Fiat Palio nv 1.2 Petrol, ELPS - Dec.2004 Indian version. ECU: IAW 49F,D - Magnetti Marelli
2. Fiat Linea 1.4 T-Jet 2014 F.L. Indian version

Which type of OBD scanners hardware and software will be required for that:
