Help Needed - ELM 327 Mod and Proxi Alignment for 2009 Abarth 500 (RHD)

Dear All

I recently changed the analogue speedo of my 2009 car to a 2015 TFT speedo.

I have bought a ELM 327 Plug from ebay that doesn't quite work. I can scan some ecus with it but even with the yellow plug I cannot access body computers or do a proxi alignment.

I have broken open the plug in hopes to find resistor 121 which I cannot. Slot r2 on the board has two welding spots but no resistor on it.

IF anyone could please tell me how I can make it work you would be saving me a lot of money ordering new plugs.
