Jeep Renegade failed to execute when deactivate belts alarm?

Hello
I have version 3.9 regular licensed but when I try to deactivate belt's alarm it always tells me "Failed to execute".
I tried several times but nothing.
Should I update to 4.2 version or there is any tip to solve it?
