KL/VAGCOM Ignition coil test Does not work

On a fiat Coupe the actuator ignition coil test does not work
It say failed as soon as the test is pressed.

I have also tried the ELM327 Bluetooth interface with fsmobile
As it still fails

Bosch motoronics 3.1 ecu

I understand you have engine off before executing this (and most of other) test?
