ISO invalid jeep renegade 1.4 multiair

Hi there, i have this error ,i try do learn the neutral ,(gearbox) and now i have an warning message on the dashboard and cannot erase this error , or this version of multiecuscan (3.3) is not for the turbo 1.4 l multiair ??

Suggest you Email Support directly for this. Also in preparation grab a copy of the MES log file.

when i try do learn tje neutral (for s&s) there is a error message , erreur d'execution ,in french
and now i have the mileage motor always on

Please try the following sequence:
1. vehicle stationary, clutch not pressed, gear in Neutral
2. Execute the "Neutral signal learn" procedure
3. wait 2-3 seconds
4. press clutch and insert first gear
5. wait 2-3 seconds

The procedure should complete correctly after this.
