bluetooth 4.0 support

Hello,

i recently purchased a bluetooth obd that runs on bluetooth v4.1, instead of the regular bluetooh v2.x.
this bluetooth v4.1 uses microsoft bluetooth LE enumerator , instead of the microsoft enumerator.

do you think its possible to add support for it?

the device being used here is a PLX kiwi 3.
