not able to conn to 940er QV 240hp with MES 2.9

I've got problems to connect with my ELM327 to a brand new Giulietta (prod date 03.02.2016). for all the my other alfas (159 2.0 jtd, 159 2.4 jdt) it works fine.

we have a new Giulietta with the 240hp petrol engine.
our current license is little bit older than 12 months, so I can't try to test in the 3.0 version of MES.

Who can help?

Same problem still from 2.2 release (you can see my previous post here viewtopic.php?f=6&t=4308&p=15292#p15292 ), I have the 240bhp version too and ISO codes will not be recognized but it will work anyway (Proxi reallignment, connection to CAN-BUS, etc.)
