Hi. I'm using windows 10 with MES v2.6. I have a modifided interface bought on ebay elm327 Bluetooth.
I have installed the drivers correctly and i have changed Bluetooth COM ports to latency 1.
I have paired the elm327 with my computer with no problems.

but MES doenst detect my interface. Any ideas what's happening?

I have the same setup and same problem. I have done some research and have found 2 possible answers:

1. Windows 10 does not properly support the Serial Port Profile (SPP).
2. There is a general issue with Bluetooth & Virtual COM ports with Windows 10. Apparently Microsoft will release an update to fix this in the near future, but I don't believe they will.

I have ordered a ELM327 USB to replace the Bluetooth one.

See here:

tl;dr
Microsoft have broken Bluetooth in Windows 10.

After some trials I think I found the problem of this issue, at least in Win 10 I made it work with bluetooth!
First you have to link the obdII with the computer, then going to bluetooth devices it appears OBDII, right button, open services and then create serial port, while creating it appears a new port in the MES in my case it was 7, and then it connected perfectly.

Hope it helps someone.
