Fiat 500 USA scan problem

Hi I have questions :what scanner and what software I need to used to scan Fiat 500 USA version.I bot scanner from China ECU SCAN V2.8 for Fiat but when I scan the car it shows wrong ISO and when I go to scan body computer or Airbag there is no connection .Im using the yellow or red cable ( break-out adaptor cables )This ELM interface is communicating whit software MultiEcuscan 2.2 but its not scanning the car.

if someone can help me solve this problem I will be very grateful.

Seems like you have the classic ELM termination issue with cheap Chinese clone devices.
