Start-Stop learn & Neutral learn DOESN'T WORK!

Hi,
when i have a problem and i must change the engine ECU with new, i must learn some Parametres: injectors (if it is diesel) and Start stop.
MultiEcuscan can program injectors but no Start Stop! Every time shows me: FAILED TO EXECUTE!!!
I tried this in many cars like Gullieta diesel 2011, Panda diesel 2012, Ypsilon gasoline 2012.
What can i do??

Any useful ideas??

Did you try to run the "Neutral learn" with engine running? On some cars it works only when the engine is running.

I confirm on Punto EVO Neutral learn works ( with state "UNKNOWN" ) with engine running ...
