Hi there i lost my multiecuscan folder and have downloaded the new software and bought a new licence but i cant find anywhere to instal the licence key how do i do this, i have the CANtieCAR Multiplexer

Install the software
Press the bottom left of registers (blue box)

There is the hardware key
Send this to Yani and receive a license key is

This license key in the open field and enter the license is activated.

I'm a little puzzled as to why you paid for a new license unless the old one had expired. Valid license key issues should always be referred to support. If you are licensed then they will get you up and running without having to purchase another license.
