Fiat Ducato 250 2.3l Euro 5 - Oil change

Hello @ all.

I´ve a problem with reseting an engine ECU from a Fiat Ducato 250 2.3 l Euro 5. I try to reset the oil change indicator but it appears an error.
if i reset the indicator with witechplus from fiat then the diagnostic programm set to 100% back. Why i couldn´t reset oil indicator in engine ecu with multiecuscan? bye Jan
