Fiat Grande Punto 1.4 16V - Remote Key Programming

Looking through the options under Body -> Delphi Body Computer for a Fiat Grande Punto 1.4 16V (Starjet), I can't see 'Remote Key Programming' like there is under the Fiat Stilo menu. Would be great to get this feature in the next version, although I wonder perhaps if it will be difficult if Yani does not have access to a Grande Punto for testing..?

Hi,

Key and remote programming is not available for Grande Punto (and other models). We think about supporting it, but there are no plans to include it next releases.
The big problem with key programming is that it is dangerous for regular users. They can easily make a mistake and block all keys for a car.

So perhaps one day, but at least not in the next few iterations of MES. Hope this helps someone, as I spent hours looking for the answer to this question before buying the ELM & CAN cables!

Problem is very simple.
Some models in MES do not have option for remote programming because their body computer is made for memorizing the keys and remote control at the same time.
Yani does not allow option for key programming so that why this option is not possible in MES.
Try other software. I think AlfaOBD can do it.

How about make advanced menu for key programming?

Because of security reasons there is no this option.

I would like to have this option. Can not wait to have it...
I would eaven pay for it to get it, but at the end it is all depend on Yani.

This is great software but if you add key programming it will be even better.
