Hi

I am new here and search for an answer to reset service reset.
Problem was my (Chinese) interface and thank´s to Eddy I order the modified interface at Ebay in Germany from Matthias Ulbricht from Diadig
After 2 weeks I receive the interface but it was the wrong interface.
Mailing don´t work and he gave me no solution.
I trust the seller from Ebay so I wait longer but still no solution, his last mail was from 12 august and that was a question which interface I receive.
I answer him directly with a picture from the interface which I receive and later again to the company mail address but again no responce.
Feedback on Ebay was not possible anymore because time runs out otherwise I would give him a negative feedback
Now I have an interface for VW which not work in my Doblo 1.9Multijet from 2007 and I don´t trust Diadig enough to buy a new one again.
Maybe someone know an other company that sell a modifiet interface for my car I appreciate.
Or maybe someone have one for sale ?

What can I tell you... Keep trying to contact the seller. You do not have nothing to lose accept some time. In Germany is some kind of ruel that wacation is minimum 2-3 weeks. So maybe selles has 4 week vacation.

I had one really big problem with one seller in China. Sold interface which did not work. After 8-9 months of e-mail exchange the seller finally said it is possible to change my faulty interface. And did send faulty one back and become new one. At the end hole proces lasted for about 10-11 months.

I would recomend fuchs.de for buying iterfaces. I have boths few interfaces and did not had any problem. I know some of them are little bit expensive but it is better to buy one good interface then to buy 5 bad China clones...

Did you try to connect with the same cable on other ECUS on your car?
