CAN Monitor / Vehicle Settings for AR GT

V2.0 does have an interresting new feature :
- Added "CAN Monitor / Vehicle Settings" function which allows to monitor CAN traffic and to change the dashboard settings on vehicles with short menu (Bravo, Croma, Linea, Stilo, Panda, 147, 159, Brera, Spider, Delta, Thesis)

Is Alfa Romeo GT support is part of the TODO list ? It's nearly the same than 147
