Software will not load

Hi,
I have downloaded version 2.0 and I am not able to get the programme to start. I keep getting "Data file Error". I am using windows 7 on a 2.6ghz dual core machine. I am also using ELM327 v1.5a. I have followed the installation notes, any further suggestions. Also net framework is already on windows 7

Try to run the program as administrator.

Thanks guys, it started up ok with admin rights. Too dark now to play with the car so will try it tomorrow.

Tried for 2 hours to get a connection. Keeps saying that the connection has either timed out or the com port does not exist. Have checked com port settings and tried alternative com ports, but will not connect. What am I doing wrong???
