Cant perform a proxy on my stilo

I am trying to do a prxy on my stilo but the software keeps coming up with "unreliable connection detected". It reads DTC's and it is a registered version. Has anyone got any ideas as to what could be wrong??

If you thing on U1601 CAN error message, that is normal. I have seen it on so many cars and all is working... Just ignore it.
