Hey,

A lot of problem with interface, see the forums, lot of issues, wasted time and soldering night for a few people...

The best way I think is to buy and interface the vendor specify it's compatibility with MES, so no worries. I did this, I paid a little more than direct Chinese buy, but it works :)
(I can post the dealer link on ebay where I bought it if you want, a great man).

Hello, I am also a new user searching for appropriate hardware.
@echappatte, could you post the dealer link here (or please send me a private message with the link if the regulations prevent you from sharing dealer's links).

Thanks.
Best regards.

Please see this: http://www.multiecuscan.net/Distributors.aspx

These distributors sell known working solutions.

You can buy software and hardware OR just hardware and get software a license directly from MultiECUScan.net

Sorry, missed this post.

I bought all hardware from idiagnostics :
http://www.ebay.com/usr/idiagnostics

Works well, support when you have a problem (just my opinion to help - not my shop - not sponsored in any way)
