You are new on forum and did nor read older post about MES and key programming...
Yani does not want to add that option for programming keys. If he wanted to add it he would add it much much before. I guess he did not add it because of security reasons. Everybody uses MES and in general people do not have experience with diagnostics and especially with key programming. Nobody reads instructions in yellow screens so I personally think that people will make more damage with key programming.
There are other softwares that can do key programming...

Well said/remembered alfa156sarajevo

I've posted on this a few times, but long ago so a refresh will do no harm.

By design MES is fairly benign. In simple terms there is nothing in MES that will leave your car non functional or immobilised. :!:

By not having key programming and associated immobiliser functions in MES then there is next to zero possibility that either an MES coding error, user error or hardware error (like a cheap Chinese clone ELM device) will leave your car immobilised and non functional.

I can not speak for the MES designer (Yani) but looking at the FiatECUScan and MUltiECUScan history over time he is moving MES more into the professional market. The last big "move" was the CANtieCAR interface which is included in MULTIECUSCAN MULTIPLEXED bundle. This is very much more expensive but also provides a "known and dependable" hardware platform on which we could see more risky functions being supported in the future.

Nobody wants an immobilised car so any functions that could cause this (if it all goes wrong) are quite sensibly currently avoided/not supported.
