Hello XCATale
The Resistor R14 must not be removed!!
This is wrong
I have also repeatedly described the

OK, the thread is very long, but your ELM will be sure already described

Re: FAULTY ELM 327 INTERFACES DE-MYSTIFIED (READ HERE)
hello Eddy,
I have a Fiat Linea 2009 petrol Indian model.
I got one OBD scanner BT as per the pic below. I am not sure if you have already covered this version already.
When I connect to PC, it automatically installs the BT driver. But Multiecuscan could not find any any device.
Could you please tell me if it is the same R4 removal error?
Please find the PCB pictures below.
Thanks & Best Regards

Hello Mishradk
With this interface to connect to engine ECU, ABS must (with green adapter)
be possible. !
At your Linea
Without modification!
Otherwise, the setting or the driver are incorrect.
If the COM port of the interface identified without error?
you can see in the control panel of the PC.
But you sure you want Airbag, Body, Dashboard, service, etc. Read
also your interface R2 must be removed.
Greetings Eddy

Ok I will remove the R2.
Above you talked about "with green adapter".
I just have the OBD II device. Do you mean that I need to make one adapter to connect the OBD II device to car's OBD II 16 pin interface?

Hello MishraDK
The green Adapter you need to read only for the ABS
All other controllers can be read without green adapter.

Eddy, Greetings from South Africa!
You have been given great advise on this topic! Unfortunately I am still having issues connecting to any ECU on my 2005 Fiat Punto 1.3 MultiJet.
I am using the exact same interface as this one that has been discussed previously:
download/file.php?id=1013&sid=a28fae480 ... 4994a80f1f
I have removed the resistor as recommended, but still no luck. When I test my interface I get the following results:
VagCom/KKL
Testing latency with 200 bytes of data...
Min latency: 8
Max latency: 16
Testing timers...
(The acceptable tolerance for results is ~5 ms)
System supports high resolution timer.
Testing timer with 1000 ms...
..result: 1000 ms
Testing timer with 250 ms...
..result: 19 ms
Testing timer with 750 ms...
..result: 15 ms
Testing timer with 100 ms...
..result: 7 ms
Any advise will be highly appreciated.
Regards
Chris

Hello Chris
The interface in the picture is a Bluetooth ELM Interface
But your test refers to a KKL interface
You have the wrong interface in the MES / settings adjusted.
